Founder & CEO - Alejandra Huerta, Ph.D.

Doctor in chemistry from McGill University, specialising in sustainable processes. Her research resulted in four publications and earned her over $145,000 CAD in awards. She also completed an MBA certificate during her doctoral studies.
Dr. Huerta works full-time on Aim Colours, leading business strategy, product and tech.
Head of Operations - Bruno Anaya, Ph.D.
Bruno holds a doctorate in rhetoric from UC Berkeley and a B.A. in math from the University of Notre Dame. A former academic, his analytic skills in studying and shaping discourse come in handy when it comes to pitching, solving product problems, and writing copy. His experience working with students also transfers to team and project management.
Dr. Anaya works full-time on Aim Colours, leading operations, communications and financials.
Software Advisor - Isabela Dominguez

Computer engineering graduate from Queens University and previous founder of a cybersecurity start-up. Isabela has worked in fintech and is currently a product manager at the Microsoft headquarters in Seattle.
Isabela is a scientific founder of Aim Colours.
